What To Expect:

  • Knowing how hard life can be when sleep eludes you, this workshop is designed to give you the simple and effective tools you need to get as much restful, good quality sleep as you can. 
  • Discovering the every-day strategies for improving improve sleep, as well as techniques with the most impact when you're lying awake wondering whether you'll ever drop off.
  • You'll find out simple yet highly effective strategies that enable you to sleep well in the short term, as well as longer-term strategies. 
  • The first section talks you through the changes happening during perimenopause and how they can be affecting your sleep, and the dietary and lifestyle tools and techniques that make a difference.
  • We end with a soothing hypnosis to embed the goodness and give your mind and your system the confidence that sleep will come - join from your bed so you can roll over when it ends and drift off for a long and peaceful slumber.
